Please have a read through of the terms and conditions and booking information to ensure you are up to date with knowledge about your appointment.

 

Hi! Thanks for visiting the “Terms and Conditions” page, this is a more in depth page of information in regards to booking in, please note clicking “Yes” on the book in form when submitting an enquiry means you have read and agree to these terms.
You must be over 18 to be tattooed, photo ID is required on the day of your appointment.
* Deposits: We will request a deposit off you once you have submitted your enquiry, to lock in your appointment. This deposit is non refundable or date transferrable under any circumstance, please be sure that you are able to attend the date offered to you, as this deposit covers for loss of a days work, time spent designing, consulting, emailing & general admin.
We request that you act friendly and professional leading up to and on the date of your appointment, any bad behaviour will not be tolerated and you will not be invited back, this could result of loss of future appointments and deposits, though if you do not have any future appointments locked in, you will not be given that opportunity again. Bad behaviour can include but is not limited to unruliness, nastiness, intoxication & general anti-social or violent behaviour.
Deposits are paid via bank transfer only, the balance is to be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your appointment for any reason, you forfeit your deposit, this includes if you can not make the appointment and wish to move it to another date. Rescheduling an appointment will require another deposit to be paid.
*Design: as you are being offered an appointment based off your design idea, a change of mind can result in a cancelled or rescheduled appointment depending on how late notice the change of mind is and whether or not it would have been accepted to begin with, this is decided on a case by case basis. As you are booking in with Damon because of his artistic ability, freedom with the design is preferred. Agreeing to give Damon freedom with the design in the submission form when making your enquiry will mean that Damon will adhere to your request to the best of his ability, but put his own artistic flair and tattoo knowledge along with it to ensure you get the best possible tattoo. In most cases you will receive your design via email or text message the night before your appointment. We kindly request you keep an open mind with the design as Damon only wants to do his best work, minor changes are usually not a problem at all, though difficulty coming to an agreement about the design once artistic freedom has been given to Damon by you, can result in a cancelled or rescheduled appointment.
Damon reserves the right to decline any tattoo requests as he only takes on pieces of his style & interests.
The photos taken of your tattoo at your appointment remain Damon’s intellectual properly and he may share them across his social media platforms.
You are responsible for healing the tattoo the way Damon has suggested and you may be charged a fee for a touch up if healing recommendations are not carefully followed.
